During our conference in Indianapolis over the weekend Jake was awarded the top leader pin from manager Kristy Duprey.
Jake had this to say about his latest accomplishment; "Perception is reality. I looked like the top leader, I acted like the top leader and people had to treat me like the top leader".
Way to go Jake! You earned it!
